### 🔒 Docker + Nginx + Https + Certbot 
For my client, we have a small web server on docker with nginx. Once, I've set the https configs following [DigitalOcean's article](https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-a-containerized-node-js-application-with-nginx-let-s-encrypt-and-docker-compose) but the update of the certification on cronjobs does not work well. So, I've researched some and find this nice OSS, [docker-nginx-certbot](https://github.com/JonasAlfredsson/docker-nginx-certbot). It has shell scripts to do periodic updates, generation of dhparam keys, and staging mode, so it is so easy to switch from the DO example to this one.

### ⚖️  心技体(Spirit, Skill, Body)
When I watch the action film "The Equalizer" on the Netflix, I heard the protagonist mentioned, "Body, Mind, and Spirit." several times. I don't know where the saying comes from, but noticed it is so similar to "心技体"(Shin-Gi-Tai, Spirit, Skill, and Body) in Japanese. It means those balances are principal to be successful. When I look back my daily life, I invest time in 技(skill) and 体(body), but not in 心(Spirit). So, nowadays I'm looking for how to train my spirit for a better life. 

### 🌂 Tsuyu(梅雨)
Tsuyu(梅雨) is a rainy season in Tokyo. I was born in Sapporo, northern area of Japan, that doesn't Tsuyu, so I'm still not used to it. Also, my schedule of running 100km every month is messed up😩.

### 📝 Neovim Progress!
Like I've mentioned in the last week blog, I'm the newbie of the Vim(Neovim) editor. I understand there are Buffers, Tabs, and Windows in Vim from [this article](https://dev.to/iggredible/using-buffers-windows-and-tabs-efficiently-in-vim-56jc) and [vim-airline's](https://github.com/vim-airline/vim-airline) smarter tab line feature enables me to go through different buffers as IDE. Also, I understand Leader, really an extensible feature of Vim, makes easier to open nerdtree, and vim-fzf!

### 🧹 Tidy up programs like a shared room, not like a private room.

When I edit our companies' programs, sometimes I find some functions are not in use, and folder name is still using old, irrelevant name for current workflows. This is the time to do refactoring, and I think about the Boy Scout Rule of Uncle Bob, “Leave Things BETTER than you found them.” I sometimes talk about this to my Japanese coworkers, but it is not easy for Japanese to imagine the situation of Boy Scout, or camping. So, I come up another metaphor, which is Shared Room Rule. If the program is your own personal project, you don't have to keep things tidy everyday, you can put some garbage in the corner, and you can leave your clothes on the floor. BUT, if it is a shared room, you need to make rules to put what to where, and keep it tidy for next person. I hope this metaphor is a little more making sense!

### ⏳ Eat Slow

I usually eat food, so fast. Everyone eating with me for the first time gasps how fast I eat. And now, I have to change it. After taking an annual health checkup, I found my blood sugar is a little bit high. I'm working out a lot, sleep well, and there are few things which might be related to high blood sugar, but eating fast is. So nowadays, I spend 20 minutes for every meal. Before eating slowly, I've thought I'm a big eater, but I'm actually not! After 5 minutes from a first bite, I feel barely full, and never feel to do "Okawari". I'll continue this habit, and write it up some changes!

I'm used to use VScode with vim extension for a year. I like most of the combination, but I would like to explore more ability of the vim and, so I'm now trying to switch to neovim. With [Ben Awad's video](https://youtu.be/gnupOrSEikQ), I understand most of the VScode features are available in neovim.

### ⌨️ You should hide your keyboard!
Just a year ago, I decided to hide keyboard characters, because I mistakenly bought a mac with JIS keyboard, and hate seeing Japanese Kana on the key anymore. Most Japanese and I type Japanese using Roma-ji input, not Kana Input, so it is totally useless information for me. And I bought [this sheet](https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%96%E3%83%A9%E3%83%83%E3%82%AF%E3%82%A2%E3%82%A6%E3%83%88%E3%82%B9%E3%83%86%E3%83%83%E3%82%AB%E3%83%BC-Mac-15mm-MBP-2015-JIS%E7%94%A8/dp/B016OVHROU). I was already happy, but I found another great side effect. My typing speed has improved. I thought I had already mastered touch typing at that time, but actually not. Just after hiding my keyboard, I noticed I look at my keyboard every 5 sec. And after a week, thanks to this sheet, the habit disappeared! So, I'm now encouraging this sheet to my colleagues, at first, my co-founder. He also improved his typing score with technique! So we have decided to strongly recommend hiding keyboards for our team. That's the story!

### 🇨🇩 An intern from DR Congo!

In near future, we will welcome a new intern from Congo. He has lived in Japan already for 3 years, and started to learn programming. It'll be great if he learns a lot in IZA. By the way, when he visited our office with his friend, he told me interesting stories of the black business in Congo. He told me Congo has many rare materials like Gold, Cobalt, and Diamond, and those business owners have their business territories and armies. Especially the are producing Gold and Cobalt are really dangerous so never should go closer.

### 🧉 Drinking Mate

I have started to drink Mate tea in the office nowadays. I've thought I would like to start a new drinking habit in addition to Coffee, and I found Mate. And when I visited Manzanita, a previous company I intershiped, I remembered the CEO, Chris also drinks Mate. I asked him how to start it, He gave me a Mate pot made from coconut kindly, and I tasted it there.

[ Umeno-yu](https://twitter.com/1010_UMENOYU) Sento in Ogu, Tokyo was a great place. They are clean, having various kinds of tabs, and a free sauna. This is the first time I've found the free one in Sento in Tokyo. I enjoyed it a lot.

I learned C++ for competitive programming and Arduino part-time job, and I've thought I would like to continue this learning step. I found Rust when I thought about that, and it looks having cool memory management systems and many other features, so I decided to learn it.
